Joyce Kope House is the agency’s 25 bed transition house and shelter, located in Barrie, Ontario.
Community Programs
Programs include but are not limited to; Safe Independent Choices, Harm Reductions and Problematic Substance Use, Emotions Management, Healthy Relationships, Grief and Loss.
Community Justice Programs
Includes Youth Justice Programming, Restorative Justice Circles, Post Incarceration Transition Program and the Direct Accountability Program.

Youth Justice Programs
Referrals for this program come from the courts (Extrajudicial Sanctions), the police (Extrajudicial Measures) and the community on a case-by-case basis. Participants of Youth Justice Programs are youth 12 – 17 years of age.
Youth Trusteeship
The Youth Trustee Program will help you in the process of applying for financial benefits through Ontario Works. If you are 16 or 17 years old and no longer live with a parent or guardian, you qualify for a consultation.
